🛑The board passed a parking violation policy during this meeting. However, this policy was not reviewed in detail for homeowners to comment on.

🛑The board discussed the video recording of the meeting again. Their recordings are either modified or not recorded properly. They are worried that the video can be modified and put the board in a bad light. Interestingly, even though no one is doing that to this board, at least one was doing that to the '22 board.

😶‍🌫️ However, the board promised to have the meeting video posted on TownSq by the Wednesday after the meeting. The first deadline is May 22nd. The video was posted on June 15, 2025.

🥹 The board will not have a meeting in July.

🛑The board forecasts spending $250K this year on erosion mitigation. They have already started spending the money.

🛑The board approved a resolution that homeowners can't record the meeting.

🤯 Observation from attending the meetings... Board members rarely discuss any motion before it's voted on. We find that strange.
