2025 Board Meeting Videos

Here's what you missed.

🛑The board passed a parking violation policy during this meeting. However, this policy was not reviewed in detail for homeowners to comment on.

🛑The board discussed the video recording of the meeting again. Their recordings are either modified or not recorded properly. They are worried that the video can be altered and put the board in a bad light.  Since the board's video is available, it can be downloaded and altered. This is a waste. Interestingly, even though no one is doing that to this board, at least one was doing that to the '22 board. 

😶‍🌫️ However, the board promised to have the meeting video posted on TownSq by the Wednesday after the meeting. The first deadline is May 22nd. The video was posted on June 15, 2025. 

🥹 The board will not have a meeting in July. 

🤯 Yet another board member resigns (three in 5 months). Another board member was appointed. 

🤯 Observation from attending the meetings... Board members rarely discuss any motion before it's voted on. We find that strange.

🛑The board forecasts spending $250K this year on erosion mitigation. They have already started spending the money.

🛑There is no approved plan. Just using the landscape contract to get work done the way the president wishes.

🛑The board approved a resolution that homeowners can't record the meeting. 😡
