Being good stewards of our CC&Rs, bylaws, financial wellness, and other land management issues. Not selective enforcement... And certainly not just landscaping.

2024 & 2025 Incumbents' Report Card

These are only a few points for you to reflect on:

$192,514.94 over landscaping budget in 2024
The highest cost to ECR - Landscaping contract with Ramos Landscaping was NOT VOTED on in an open meeting in 2024 nor in 2025. Furthermore, the Scope of Work Statements lack credible detail. Contains NO PLAN to go with $50/hour/person.
No Financial Reporting Since August 31, 2025. What are they hiding from members?
$130,000 was transferred from reserve funds to operating. With no use of funds described.
$150,000 is owed to the reserve funds.
General ledger account 1403 shows $416,880 in Construction Defect Funds. This should be a maximum of $110K.
Spent $20K on new monuments after spending nearly another $20K for the existing monument.
Spent $27K for sidewalk grinding.
Spent $28K on welding and painting of railings.

It is Unfortunate

The board and its allies are continuing to promote falsehoods and stoke division.

No visibility for other candidates via a Traditional CANDIDATES' FORUM. Reflections
Peter is not allowed to participate in the Community Facebook. His membership is not being approved.
Our request for access to the park for meetups with members has NOT been approved.

For those of you who believe what they are promoting without doing your own homework, it's time you changed that. If you don't, you are at fault as much as they are.
